Procurement Officer – Dubai, UAE

This role will be responsible for procuring items and materials from local suppliers in a cost efficient and timely manner. The candidate will also take part in any supplier evaluation based on applicable and established criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive purchase request and verify technical specifications and parameters to procure items accordingly.
  • Resource offers / quotations from at least 3 local suppliers and check compliance based on technical specifications.
  • Review quotations and prepare comparative studies and recommend best options.
  • Prepare purchase orders as per approved quotation and submit for approval to the Line Manager.
  • Coordinate and monitor timely delivery of procured materials.
  • Validate invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy of received materials.
  • Assist in pricing BOQ’s to ensure components are correct and within the set cost price.
  • Conduct weekly visits to the market for constant updates on goods’ availability and prices and achieve purchasing goals in every transaction.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department on timely settlement of payments to suppliers.
  • Update and review the vendor registry and supplier database.
  • Participate in vendor evaluation and selection process in coordination with the Line Manager.
  • Generate reports related to purchases especially on information related to supplier performance and other reports that may be required by relevant departments in the organization.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferable
  • 2-3 years’ procurement experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of vendor evaluation and selection procedures
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented

IT Officer-Dubai, UAE

This role will provide technical support to end users from troubleshooting hardware and software, networks and servers as well as database administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a data storage and retrieval protocols for day to day use, adjusting permissions, and maintaining data security.
  • Provide user support from setting up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems.
  • Maintain information security by installing antivirus programs, develop policies for email security, and perform periodic data audits and backups to prevent information loss and unauthorized access.
  • Support in the upgrade of CRM Software for sales department as per particular needs and requirements.
  • Support all end users through creating, updating, troubleshooting in Visual Dolphin /ERP Application and along with access privilege control to resolve their issues.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for software modifications and upgrade.
  • Following up on all IT hardware (Servers, UPS, laptops, desktops, printers, etc.), by maintaining them internally or by contract with a service provider for maintenance or troubleshooting.
  • Periodically giving training and assessment to employees on Visual Dolphin/ERP, CRM and Excel based on their requirements
  • Contribute to the development and manage the communication and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5-7 years’ experience in an IT field
  • CCNA or MCSE certification is required
  • Knowledge of CCTV and other Low current devices installations
  • ERP and SQL database experience is an advantage

Sales Engineer-Dubai, UAE

This role will ensure overall customer satisfaction and generate a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and sales visits to new and current customers as per the assigned territory.
  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations in coordination with the Line Manager.
  • Prepare technicalities needed for offers and submittals, respond to technical inquiries and bid requests with full technical detail as per customers’ requirements in coordination with the Solutions Department.
  • Maintain and update all records on CRM software and on other databases.
  • Discuss and negotiate with customers’ sales-related matters such as but not limited to orders, discounts, delivery and payment terms etc.
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of sold products.
  • Monitor and review sales result regularly to ensure established targets are met and take corrective action when required.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients, and highlight the critical accounts when needed.
  • Gather regular feedback from customers, business partners and stakeholders to increase market shares in MEA.
  • Travel on sales business trips to other regional and / or international markets when needed and asked by management.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical is preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in power generation or any Electromechanical field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of GCC market
  • Arabic Language proficiency, French is a plus

This role will focus on promoting Jubaili Bros products and services in the industry and growing Jubaili Bros market shares in South African Region. This role will ensure overall customer satisfaction and generate a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations in coordination with the Line Manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.
  • Actively pursue sales leads with EPC/IPP Companies, distributors, wholesalers, installers and utility companies.
  • Monitor and review sales result regularly to ensure established targets are met and take corrective action when required.
  • Nurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels.
  • Coordinate and monitor delivery of sold products.
